Windows 10: Bluetooth earbud connected but input and output arent through earbuds

I have a jbl wireless earbuds, at first it was working very good without any problem but recently there's been a problem where the device is showing connected but sound still comes from laptop speakers instead of earbuds. My earbuds are connected but isn't in input or output voiceHere usually if a earpod is connected, it shows connected for input and output. But in this case its showing just connected

Bluetooth Earbuds - Paired not Connecting...

Also wanted to add really quick, I use a bluetooth speaker and it connected perfectly fine...I'm only ever having an issue with bluetooth earbuds...
At first I thought it was because there was two signals one for output and mic for input...but the speaker also has a mic and two signals.

 

Can't Connect to Both Earbuds

I bought some bluetooth earbuds (MPOW M30) and when I try connecting to Windows 10, only one earbud receives output.

The earbuds either default to one earbud mode, cut in and out from one to the other, or continuously try to reconnect since only one recieves output but both are able to input.

They both seemlessly work on my phone.

I've tried every troubleshooting method I could find short of reinstalling Windows. Could this be my bluetooth adapter is limited to one connection at a time? Or that Windows does not allow audio output to two devices of the same name?
