Windows 10: Bluetooth earbuds crash programs or microphone doesn't work

I have seen this in several places online, but nothing seems to resolve the issue, so I am posting here to see if anyone has an idea of that is going on. I have Google Pixel Buds A. They worked fine on an old Surface 2 I was using. I have a new computer at work and they create havoc with audio. Dell Precision 5480 Serial 32.0 GB 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Windows 11 Enterprise v23H2 Everything is updated. When starting off with the earbuds in, everything is fine. When I go in a Zoom meeting, everything is fine. If I take the earbuds out and put them in the case, and the

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.

 

My headphones microphone doesn´t work

I recently updated my Asus laptop to windows 10 and noticed that my microphone doesn´t work anymore. Before it was working well and after the update it started using my laptops own mic and in settings i cant change input to anything

 

Tozo T-12 Earbuds

Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. Please try each method below to troubleshoot the Bluetooth Tozo T-12 earbuds

1. Search "Bluetooth"

Select "Bluetooth and other devices settings"

from the list select your Bluetooth Tozo T-12 device

Click Remove device

Press Yes.

2. Search Device Manager

Open Device Manager

Click on "View"

Check "Show hidden devices"

Expand Bluetooth

Then right-click on your Bluetooth earbuds

Then uninstall All the drivers related to your Tozo T-12 earbuds

Restart your computer.

Then try to pair again your Bluetooth device.

3. Search Control Panel

Open Control Panel

Click View by: Large Icons

Select Devices and printers

from the list of devices

right-click on your Bluetooth speaker

then select properties

click service tab.

then put a check on all the features under the Bluetooth services.

click apply then ok.
