    Bluetooth earbuds don't work properly after updating to Windows 24H2


    OS : Windows 11 24H2Bluetooth Adapter is from IntelDrivers are up to dateRan troubleshooter to no availI regularly use my CMF Buds Pro 2 with my laptop, and ever since I updated to 24H2, they randomly disconnect and reconnect. The audio randomly cuts off, and around 10 seconds later, they fully disconnect and reconnect. Another thing I noticed is they take a long time to be recognized as an audio device in the bluetooth section, it originally just shows "Connected', and takes like 15 seconds to show "Connected mic, audio".Can someone please help?

    Tozo T-12 Earbuds

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. Please try each method below to troubleshoot the Bluetooth Tozo T-12 earbuds

    1. Search "Bluetooth"

    Select "Bluetooth and other devices settings"

    from the list select your Bluetooth Tozo T-12 device

    Click Remove device

    Press Yes.

    2. Search Device Manager

    Open Device Manager

    Click on "View"

    Check "Show hidden devices"

    Expand Bluetooth

    Then right-click on your Bluetooth earbuds

    Then uninstall All the drivers related to your Tozo T-12 earbuds

    Restart your computer.

    Then try to pair again your Bluetooth device.

    3. Search Control Panel

    Open Control Panel

    Click View by: Large Icons

    Select Devices and printers

    from the list of devices

    right-click on your Bluetooth speaker

    then select properties

    click service tab.

    then put a check on all the features under the Bluetooth services.

    click apply then ok.
