I can pair my earbuds no problem but they come up as a unspecified device. I cannot make them come up as audio so they do not appear in any drop down box to use them. How do I fix this?

    :)

Bluetooth earbuds is connected but no sound

    Hi Betty,

    I'm Amr, an independent advisor.

Do your earbuds works on another device?

Did you try to repair your earbuds?

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot your Bluetooth earbuds issue:

    1. Check your audio output settings

Go to Settings > System > Sound. Under "Choose your output device," make sure your Bluetooth earbuds are selected.

    2. Update your Bluetooth drivers

Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth. Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select "Update driver."

    3. Re-pair your Bluetooth earbuds

Remove your earbuds from the list of paired devices in your Bluetooth settings, then pair them again.

    4. Check for interference

Other Bluetooth devices or electronics can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth connections.

Try turning off other devices or moving to a different location to see if that helps.

    5. Reset your Bluetooth earbuds

Follow your earbuds' manual for instructions on how to reset them.

This usually involves holding down a button for a certain amount of time.

    6. Try your earbuds on a different device

This can help you determine if the problem is with the earbuds themselves or with your laptop.

    7. Contact the manufacturer

If none of the above steps works, there might be a problem with the earbuds themselves.

You might need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

I hope this is helpful. If you require any additional assistance, don't hesitate to respond to this.

  3. Can't add a second Bluetooth Earbud Device to my Settings - Devices - Bluetooth & other devices- Audio

    Greetings,

I'm having trouble setting up a second set of Bluetooth Earbuds in Settings so I can use them when my first pair of earbuds run low on Battery. I already have a set of BlueWow A5L & BlueWow A5R listed in the Audio section under Bluetooth & other devices.
I also have them listed in the Device Manager (which I think were automatically added) when they were "Paired" under Bluetooth Settings Months ago. So today I go to add or pair a slighly bit older model of bluetooth earbuds than the BlueWow's & less expensive
too & I can't add or "pair" them in Settings - Bluetooth- Audio. If so I then could have them "connect" when I added them and use them to listen to my streaming movies, etc... if they were "paired" like my two BlurWows. My 1st question is can you have 2 sets
of bluetooth earbuds in your Settings - Devices - Bluetooth and other devices - Audio? Because, if not then that would answer my question.

I think you can because I have 2 different USB WI-FI Wireless Network Adapters in the section below, listed under "Other Devices".

What is going wrong? What am I doing wrong? I go to set-up the 2nd pair of Earbuds called TWS 7, but they just won't become "Discoverable". For about two seconds after tapping the button in the Settings - Bluetooth section they became discovered, but then
they just disappeared. Does anybody have any suggestions?

    Respectfully,

    Barry
