Windows 10: Bluetooth earbuds only shows as hands free not stereo

Issue:My Bluetooth headphone is not connecting properly with my ASUS TUF FA617NT laptop. Instead of connecting as a stereo audio device, it is only connecting as a hands-free device, which results in poor audio quality.Background:The headphone was working perfectly fine a couple of weeks ago. I accidentally deleted the Bluetooth drivers back then and reinstalled them. Since then, the headphone has only been connecting as a hands-free device, and I can’t use the A2DP stereo profile for high-quality audio. I tried connecting the same headphone to another laptop, and it worked fine, so the issue

I recently purchased a new Bluetooth earbud, works great on phone but when i connect it to my windows 10 laptop, it connects them as hands free only, in Bluetooth setting it shows "connected, voice", i have a bluetooth headphone it works fine and it shows
"connected, music" and it has stereo, i tried the usual troubleshooting like re-pairing them and removing the drivers, i have latest drivers for my intel 9560 wireless, since there is no stereo device there is no way to set it as default speaker, although
i tried that as well on hands free, it doesnt even shows test button (its grayed out).

I think the main problem is windows cant recognize it has a speaker..

Edit:

The checkboxes in the picture below (last picture of bluetooth services) don't get applied( i.e. when i click on apply after enabling them all it goes back to what the image is)

Edit 2 [Solution]: Installed drivers listed on laptop's website, it was an older version.

I am an Independent Microsoft Advisor. Kindly, go through below steps.

1. Click on start and search for "Control Panel".

2. Click on "View devices and printers" under Hardware and Sound.

3. Now right click on bluetooth earbud and choose "properties".

4. Now navigate to services and let me the list of options present there 5. and make sure all are checked. Then press OK.

Thanks for the response but apparently there are two untick boxes but when i check them and click apply, its back to what it was, check the pictures i uploaded in the opening post.
