I bought a new Bluetooth neckband earphones which has dual pairing mode, I have connected it to my PC as well as to my Mobile device and it was working well for 7 days on my PC and suddenly yesterday it shows connected to my pc but no music output, no mic connection . I can see battery levels and connected but no audio output , instead my laptop speaker gives audio output and I've tried everything right from updating and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers and headphone drivers to using services.msc solution to trigger Bluetooth services an even pair unpair thing and even resetting my earphones, S

Bluetooth earphones get disconnected only by MS Teams?

Hi,

I am running a Windows 10 Home Build 19044.2006 (21H2) machine. My audio output is not working anymore, but it is another story. For everything with audio output I am forced to use bluetooth earphones and I am pretty satisfied with it, but as soon as it comes to attending a video call using Microsoft Teams my Bluetooth earphones Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo are on strike. Normally they deliver sound for hours of gaming, but making a video call always results in connection issues. After 15-30 minutes of meeting the earphones simply get disconnected. As a matter of fact I have similar issues with a Mac Book Pro using these earphones and Microsoft Teams. They work for anything just fine except Microsoft Teams. I just don't know how to deal with it - does anyone use Microsoft Teams for work conferences with bluetooth, which bluetooth earphones/headphones can you recommend for proper calls? I am looking for ones I can rely on.

 

Bluetooth Earphone Not working in my PC

My bluetooth earphones(realme buds wireless) works fine in other devices(even other PCs) and my bluetooth headphones is also working on this PC.

The earphones do connect but no output it doesnt even show battery level or make a sound when connected while my headphones do both

No, i just bought it yesterday.

no, but it works in my smartphone

• How is the earphones connecting to the machine? Is it via wired connection or through Bluetooth?

wired.

• When the earphones are connected, are you still getting audio from the speakers?

yes, nothing goes through the earphones though.
