Windows 10: Bluetooth earphones connected in Windows 11, but cannot play sound

For the past months i have been having trouble trying to use my earphones in my laptop with Windows 11. i can connect them, but i can't play audio. when i want to select them as the sound output from the taskbar, they don't even appear as an option, i can only see my speakers. every time i go to settings and select the earphones from "all sound devices" option, i get what is shown in the screenshot. when i click "allow", it doesn't do anything. it also won't let me change the volume, it always stays at 0. i've tried forgetting the device and pairing it again, but it doesn't work. my earphones

Bluetooth earphone connected, but no sound.

My Bluetooth earphone is been connected in windows 11 and it's showing connected. I can even pause and play by tapping on the Bluetooth earphone but the sound is coming from laptop's speaker and not from the Bluetooth earphone. Wired headphones are working fine and only Bluetooth is having this problem and it occurred after the last update ,until that my Bluetooth earphones were working fine with the same laptop. I tried all possible ways...Can someone please help me with this. Please. It's been a month since I'm struggling with this issue.

 

Bluetooth earphone was not listed in sound output

My Bluetooth earphone was connected to the Windows 11 laptop, the device was listed in the Bluetooth device list, and it was listed in the sound device list, but it was not listed in the sound output quick menu. So I can't use the Bluetooth device as a sound output device.

My B&O Play H5 bluetooth earphones is paired but there’s no sound coming through the earphones as it is not connected ( sound plays on the speaker)
