Windows 10: Bluetooth Earphones connectivity and audio issues!

Hi,I am using oneplus buds z and I have got a pretty annoying issue!From my earphones sound does not come for 3-4 seconds in between playing something and after 3-4 sec it comes in one earbud and with 2 secs it comes in the other. It is a very irritating issue and i found that in sound settings when it is set as stearo this problem occurs but in AG audio mode the problem doesn't come. I checked the earphones with many other pc's but this problem wasn't there which means it is for my pc only!Any solutions?PS: I want to use this earphone in stereo mode since i get a good quality sound only in i

No, i just bought it yesterday.

no, but it works in my smartphone

yes, nothing goes through the earphones though.
