Windows 10: bluetooth earphones work for a moment then stop.

when i connect my bluetooth earphones, they have sound for a moment, then stop having sound.it still shows as connected: voice, audio. when trying to uninstall the driver for the earphones, it just shows uninstall forever and never finishes. i have tried removing the device and adding it back, and it doesnt work.these earphones work perfectly fine on my other old laptop and phone, so i have no clue why it would stop working.also, after the sound disappears, all the sounds stop playing for a moment, then they play out of my speaker. when the sound disappears, the volume also changes back to the

Glad to know that you were able to fix the issue. We truly appreciate for the details and, time and effort that you have taken to work on this issue.

However, there could be an issue with the drivers on the computer, where the drivers are getting conflicted and not recognizing the Bluetooth device properly and you are unable to hear the audio as it was supposed to, we will look into this for you.

• Could you please try using the Bluetooth device with a different computer and check if it works?
  

Please unplug the wired headphones and connect only the Bluetooth earphones and check if that makes any difference.

Please follow the below mentioned methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

As you are unable to see the Bluetooth headphones after pairing to the computer, I suggest you to run the Bluetooth troubleshooter from the settings. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + I, to open
  Settings.
  
• Select Update & Security.
  
• Click Troubleshoot and run the Bluetooth troubleshooting.
  

If the issue still persists, please follow method 2.

Method 2: update drivers.

The Bluetooth drivers could be out dated, hence un-pair the device from setting and update the Bluetooth drivers and check if that helps. Please refer the article

Update drives in Windows 10, expand Bluetooth device and follow the instruction from the above article.

Bluetooth earphones get disconnected only by MS Teams?

Hi, I am running a Windows 10 Home Build 19044.2006 (21H2) machine. My audio output is not working anymore, but it is another story. For everything with audio output I am forced to use bluetooth earphones and I am pretty satisfied with it, but as soon as it comes to attending a video call using Microsoft Teams my Bluetooth earphones Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo are on strike. Normally they deliver sound for hours of gaming, but making a video call always results in connection issues. After 15-30 minutes of meeting the earphones simply get disconnected. As a matter of fact I have similar issues with a Mac Book Pro using these earphones and Microsoft Teams. They work for anything just fine except Microsoft Teams. I just don't know how to deal with it - does anyone use Microsoft Teams for work conferences with bluetooth, which bluetooth earphones/headphones can you recommend for proper calls? I am looking for ones I can rely on.

g You have to go to settings, devices in Teams, and select custom set up and then select bluetooth devices. Also turn off bluetooth on nearby mobile phones as they can be quite aggressive in hijacking connections.
