Windows 10: Bluetooth error 1 in 1 milion

Hello and sorry for disturbing you but i have a problem with bluetooth on my device. I have it on pc but i dont have it. I cant connect any devices with bluetooth and i tried like 20 tutorial from youtube and all tutorial from you and troubleshooter and didnt work, i have it on ''services'' and is running but it doesnt appear on device manager and also i dont have the button with on/off. Thank you for your time and please solve my problem I want to play fortnite with controller.

Error Code 1 in Store

Step 1: Windows Version & Latest OS Build

• To check your latest build:
  • Windows Key + R
  • Run window will open
  • Type:
  • winver
  • And press enter to open About Windows
  • Cross check whether you have latest Version & OS Build
  • Till Today: Windows 10 Version 1607 & OS Build
    14393.82
• You may achieve latest version through steps 2.
• If you have a latest version, go to step 3.

Step 2: Windows 10 Anniversary Update(Version 1607):

• To download & install Windows 10 Anniversary Update, follow any of the mentioned methods

Method 1:
Microsoft - "Update now"




Method 2:
Microsoft - "Download tool now"(Recommended)





Though you have upgraded to latest version of Windows, please proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Windows Update(OS Build 14393.82)

• Once again update through Windows Update
• Follow this steps:
  • Click on Windows Key
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Update & Security
  • On left panel click on Windows Update
  • On right panel under Windows Update click on Check for Updates

If still getting an error proceed to step 4

Step 4:
Check & Restore windows integrity

• Click on Windows Key
• Type Command Prompt
• Right click on Command Prompt
  and run as Administrator
• Command Prompt window will open and type the following command and press enter
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth && DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• Please refer a diagram
  
  
• Do you get any error or message??

Step 5: Scan your system

• Scan your system by Windows Defender(Recommended) or antivirus program

If still getting an error proceed to step 6

Step 6: Windows Apps

• Check whether you are connected to Internet properly
• Reset Windows Store
  • Windows Key + R
  • Run window will open
  • type:
  • WSReset.exe
  • Press enter
  • Restart your system
  • Check if the issue still persist or not
• Windows Apps Troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Support - "Run the troubleshooter for Windows
    apps"

Bluetooth Error Code 52

I suggest you to check the status of Bluetooth in device manager.

Method 1: Check Device Manager.

• Press Windows + X, click on Device Manager.
• Check for any exclamation marks in there.

If exclamations mark are there on any device name, try to update them by right clicking on them.

Method 2: Follow below steps.

Step 1: Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

• Press Windows + W, Type troubleshooting.
• From the search list, click on troubleshooting
• On the left pane, click on view all.
• From the list click on hardware and devices troubleshooter.
• Follow on screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting.
