Windows 10: Bluetooth gamepad buttons aren't correct

When using a Bluetooth gamepad my inputs are incorrectly recognized.From what I can tell it's occurring with both my GameSir T4 Pro and my sony DS4.I went to the device and printer and it's not any individual game at fault the controllers X-crossDS4 and AGamesir are being recognized as number 1 so squareDS4 and XGamersir. This occurs with Bluetooth on either device but when the gamesir is plugged into the laptop its recognized properly.The only controller I have had in my life that had that set up is a Logitech controller...How can I fix this so that the inputs are properly recognized,

Bluetooth Gamepad

What is a bluetooth dongle ? I have a motherboard with built in bluetooth support. How to enable
my bluetooth gamepad to work with my notherboard. Can it work by enable bluetooth on my motherboard and
install bluetooth driver for my gamepad ?

 

Bluetooth Gamepad

A Bluetooth dongle is a USB transceiver used to give support for computers that don't have it built-in, with Notebooks it's usually part of the Wireless/Wi-Fi adapter. I use a couple of the dongles on older Notebooks, can be used on Desktops if needed. Usually plug into a USB 2 port.

Built-in Bluetooth frees up a USB port such as needed for a Wireless USB mouse that requires its own dongle which is easily lost and most are keyed as a pair, can't interchange with others.

I use Bluetooth mice on most of my Notebooks, just Enable it in Device Manager if supported then pair/connect a mouse, probably same for a gamepad. I have a Bluetooth 10-key pad for a Notebook without the built-in version, can be handy when working numbers. Recently junked a Vizio All-In-One computer [for other reasons] that like iPads and Tablets can use a Bluetooth keyboard.
It may be necessary to install any drivers that come with devices but Windows usually installs the computer support for an adapter.

 

Pairing a bluetooth gamepad to a PC

Unfortunately, windows asks to input the code shown on screen (random 8 digits) to the gamepad, not the other way around. There is no "0" button on the gamepad, so I can't enter it.
