  1. Bluetooth gone from activity center, no on/off switch in settings, cannot connect any devices

Randomly my computer had no bluetooth function so I could not connect my headphones to it.

Originally they were paired, but now there is no way to turn my bluetooth on or off and when I try to add new devices, it says that my bluetooth is turned off. There is no icon in the activity center as well. I tried accessing device manager and disabling/reenabiling, uninstalling/reinstalling the driver, toggling between 'automatic' and 'manual' in all of the services labeled bluetooth.

Still have network and wifi access and my computer recognizes USB plug-in for my wireless mouse.

Can't figure out what is wrong, could it be due to a new update/bug? PC is relatively new and was bought with Windows 10 already, so not sure what is going on.

    :)
