Windows 10: Bluetooth Gone

One day Bluetooth connectivity for a number of Bluetooth devices on your windows 10 laptop is good and working.Automatic update on Windows 10,Reboot laptop Dell Inspiron 3580 and now NOTHINGDevice does not have Bluetooth Not in device driver, - Even with hidden files showing Bluetooth starts in registry settings, No Bluetooth on or off buttons Bluetooth trouble shooter is inept for this problem However Bluetooth drivers are on the machine Bluetooth is not available on this device.This is clearly a Microsoft Windows issue and the forums are full of this current Bluetooth problem on a

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Try these procedures:

Before proceeding, we need more information to help you better.

Did you checked whether the Bluetooth device is listed under hidden devices in Device manager?

Have you checked whether the Bluetooth driver is listed under installed programs under Programs and features? (As you have reinstalled the Bluetooth.)

Note:

In device manager, click on "view" tab and select "show hidden devices" and check whether Bluetooth device/driver is listed.

To check the drivers installed in Programs and features, Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Programs and features and check whether the Bluetooth driver is installed.

Until you get back to us with the required information, follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1:

I would suggest you check if Bluetooth Support service is started.

Press Windows + R keys on the keyboard, type services.msc and press OK.

Now, find Bluetooth Support Service and start it

Double click on the Bluetooth Support Service set the startup type as Automatic.

My Bluetooth is gone

Hi,

I would suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

• Search Troubleshooting using Cortana.
• Under Control Panel Home click View all.
• In the list option, select Hardware and devices.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instruction.

You can also try to start Bluetooth service and set it automatic by following this steps;

• a. Press Windows key + R on the keyboard.
• b. Type “services.msc” without quotes and press
  Enter.
• c. Right click on Bluetooth support service and click on
  Properties.
• d. Set the Startup type as Automatic and then click Start under
  Service status.
• e. Click on OK.
