Windows 10: Bluetooth has multiple issues

I recently bought a new laptop. Rather than use the OEM hard drive, I swapped in the HD from my old machine and installed the drivers from the manufacturer's website. Everything works great, except Bluetooth.For Bluetooth:*I cannot remove paired devices*I cannot detect any device, paired or in pairing modeI have already tried uninstalling via the device manager to no avail, and don't see any other options for fixing this via a quick search.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
