Windows 10: Bluetooth Headphone Microphones No Longer Working

Yesterday morning while on a call I was told that my microphone sounded robotic. I was using Apple Airpods Max headphones I've been using for months without issue on my Windows 11 work PC. I then switched to an old pair of Apple Airpods regular and had the same issue - robotic voice. Later in the day I resolved to test my microphone to figure out what was going on and logged into a Google Meet room to try it out. The microphone was automatically muted and I could not unmute to talk. Since then, I have been unable to get any bluetooth headphone microphone to work. I have confirmed that the is

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

This is all i know btw when i click headphone it says mic is unplugged and when i do Mic in it says speakers are unplugged and mic is on.

 

Internal microphone no longer working after headphones were plugged in via USB-C port

As the title suggest, my internal microphone no longer works (and I believe it is no longer recognized) after I plugged in headphones into a hub that was plugged into USB-C port. Any suggestions?
