    Bluetooth headphones and windows not recognising them everytime I come to reconnect


    My bluetooth headphones work well with other devices.


    Every time I try to connect them to windows 10 it says they are no recognised (settings > Bluetooth & other devices > audio).


    I have to remove the device and then add it again. My motherboard and Bluetooth set is a decent: ASUS Strix E D4 (I built the PC). I have the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver Installed.


    Surely this is a software problem, not a hardware one and it is getting really frustrating! Bluetooth headphones and windows not recognising them everytime I come to reconnect :)

    setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

    Bluetooth headphones "disconnected" and will not reconnect

    I recently bought new sony bluetooth headphones and they were working great (besides the fact that i had to go out and buy a dongle) until today when i noticed that only the "headset" would connect and there was not an option to input "headphones" like there
    was before. So then i went to "playback deceives and noticed that it listed "headphones" as disconnected. i right clicked on it and clicked "connect" but it didn't do anything. I disconnected and reconnect my "headset" to test if it was something with my
    Bluetooth but it disconnected and reconnect fine.

    please help

    Left computer for a second, come back, headphones won't reconnect, option to turn on bluetooth missing

    just as title suggests, i was listening to music on my headphones, i walk out of bluetooth range, come back and they won't reconnect. try and turn bluetooth on, but the option is missing. already try updating drivers, restarting, and running the network
