Windows 10: Bluetooth Headphones audio issue

Hi,Since a Windows 11 update, I have been having an issue with my Bluetooth headphones. Everytime they connect to my laptop, there connected in hands-free mode and the audio is horrible.The headphones still work fine on any other device I connect them to like my phone for example. They also worked fine on my laptop before I installed the updates.I tried to go into Devices and Printers > my headphones > Services & disable "Hands-free telephony". But by doing so, my laptop refuses to use the headphones AT ALL. They are shown as connected, but they do not appear as an option to choose

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth headphones issue

I have recently added Bluetooth headphones to my laptop running Windows 10. I had to add a Bluetooth USB dongle to get the JLab headphones to pear. I can listen to online music or YouTube videos through the headset just fine. I can hear audio from my audio
and video files on my storage devices W/VLC Player, but can't hear any audio from iTunes or from Video Pad video editor (NCH Software) with the headphones. I got the Bluetooth Headphones to use while editing video/audio. iTunes and Video Pad audio can be heard
threw the computer speakers while the Bluetooth headphones are working. When the Bluetooth Headphones are disconnected, all of the above mentioned audio sources can be heard through the speakers. I contacted the NCH software tech and got this suggestion, "The
reason why it does not play when using VideoPad and iTunes could be related to the bluetooth transmit frequency or the audio driver priority." What can be done to correct this issue?

If your ATH-ANC700BT headphones are not being recognized as an audio device on your Windows 11 PC, there are several steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:
