Windows 10: Bluetooth Headphones Disconnect after Exactly 30 Seconds

I have been using a pair of Anker Soundcore Life 2 Bluetooth headphones on my Windows 11 PC. I have never had an issue with these. I have never had any Bluetooth issues with this PC.I got a new pair of Anker Soundcore Life Q20 headphones a few days ago. They are the new version of what I've been using, more or less. They connect to my PC no problem, but if I start any audio output then after 30 seconds they will disconnect. It is ALWAYS exactly 30 seconds. You can set a timer to it. If I am playing a youtube video or spotify, it will hiccup and begin to buffer. I am using an Ethernet cable for

I have MS Surface Book 2 15''. My mouse is M720 Triathlon (Logitech).

Since May 01, 2019 (after installing an update related to MS virus definitions or something like that - possibly not connected with the problem) my Bluetooth mouse gets disconnected after 30 seconds. To connect it again, I need to turn it off and on. But
then it gets disconnected again after 30 seconds. Before May 01 the mouse just worked as expected.

Also, when I use USB dongle provided with the mouse everything works as expected.

Hello,

I am having trouble with my Geekee G350 headphones. Every so often, when the headphones are connected but I am not listening to anything (eg. when a video is paused) they will disconnect and reconnect. I will not be able to hear anything from them for about
10 seconds, then I will hear two loud beeps, followed by "Pairing; Connected; Second device connected."

This problem only occurs on my Surface Pro 3, not on my iPhone. The disconnects will happen anywhere between every 30 seconds, to every 10 minutes.

I have tried:

Restarting my computer

Un-pairing and re-pairing my headphones

Re-installing Bluetooth drivers

Disabling the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option for the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manger

Trying to do the same for the headphones themselves (but there is no "Power Management" tab)

I could not find any guides online that did not assume the problem would be fixed after doing all of this. What should I do now?

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank
