Windows 10: Bluetooth headphones disconnect from the computer every 30 seconds

Hello,


I am having trouble with my Geekee G350 headphones. Every so often, when the headphones are connected but I am not listening to anything (eg. when a video is paused) they will disconnect and reconnect. I will not be able to hear anything from them for about 10 seconds, then I will hear two loud beeps, followed by "Pairing; Connected; Second device connected."


This problem only occurs on my Surface Pro 3, not on my iPhone. The disconnects will happen anywhere between every 30 seconds, to every 10 minutes.


I have tried:

Restarting my computer

Un-pairing and re-pairing my headphones

Re-installing Bluetooth drivers

Disabling the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option for the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manger

Trying to do the same for the headphones themselves (but there is no "Power Management" tab)


I could not find any guides online that did not assume the problem would be fixed after doing all of this. What should I do now?

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

I understand that you are facing issues in connecting the Bluetooth headphones to the computer, we will look into this for you. However, please reply to the following questions to help you further:

• Are you able to connect the headphones to any other device?
  
• Are you able to connect any other headphones to the computer?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter for Bluetooth and check if that helps in resolving the issue. Please follow the steps mentioned below to run the troubleshooter:

1. Press and hold Windows key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Update & Security.
   
3. Click on Troubleshoot.
   
4. Under Find and fix other problems, click on Bluetooth and click on
   Run the troubleshooter.
   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Bluetooth headphones


I bought these headphones Amazon.com: Matone® Qy8 [New Version Qy7] V4.1 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Best In-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones with Microphone for Running, Sports Accessories. I connected them fine to my Iphone and Ipod but having problems with Windows I got them to pair but sound still comes through regular speakers only. In sound settings it lists the bluetooth headphones but says disconnected. I click on connect but that does nothing. Do not know what else to do
