Windows 10: Bluetooth headphones not working properly on windows 11

hello, 1. have a pair of shiny new Bose QuietComfort 35 II2. they work great with your phone, and laptop... But not on my main desktop3. Describe the issue: a. enter pair modeb. pair the headphonesc. windows says the headphones is "connected voice"d. quality is atrocious. It never goes into "connected voice, music" mode, as is the case with my laptop. In voice, music mode, 4. No issues when I upgraded from windows 10 to 11 on my laptop5. no issues when disabling internal bluetooth from my laptop and tried to pair using random bluetooth dongle from amazon for diagnostic6. same dongle does not w

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

 

Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

Any suggestions please?

• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error message?
• Have you tried installing the latest Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's website?
