Windows 10: Bluetooth headphone's sound quality and base quality drop when the laptop is pugged in or...

Whenever my laptop goes into power saver mode, my Bluetooth headphone's sound quality is just fine. But whenever I plug in my laptop or turn off power saver mode, my Bluetooth headphone's sound quality and base quality drop and the sound is very unclear and blurry, and too noisy.

Bluetooth headphone and sound quality

Hi I have recently bought a bluetooth headphone.

The sound quality is great on my android phone and windows 10 phone.

However when I connect the headphone to my acer switch 10 laptop, The sound quality becomes drastic.

I found a fix on youtube that says to uncheck handfree option in services. when I do that my sound quality improves but I get another issue.

for 10 seconds the sound quality stays great and then for 5 second I am not able to hear anything it is a lot distorted.

Please help me solve this problem.

Sound Quality using Bluetooth

Hi, the sound quality on my laptop is very poor when using Bluetooth.

If I plug the laptop directly in the speech and sound is absolutely fine, but if I try and use the headphones using Bluetooth the quality is very poor.

For example, when speaking using the Bluetooth connection people can’t understand what I am saying, and when I watch things on Youytube the sound is poor indeed.

I have tried several Bluetooth headsets and all have the same issues.

Any help greatly appreciated.

 

Sound quality

I just installed the realtek drivers from asus website. I can change the sound quality settings with my wired headphones. But the option to change the sound quality with my bluetooth headphones is still greyed out.
