Windows 10: Bluetooth headset disconnects and reconnects randomly

Hi,I recently bought a new bluetooth headset JBL Quantum 610, it works perfectly but the device disconnect and reconnect itself every 10-15 minutes, randomly.I looked again and again any issues on the net because it seems that the problem is really current and the tech support don't even help you.After hours of search I finally found the error but not the fix : "Error Setting Traits on Provider 8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Bluetooth headphones "disconnected" and will not reconnect

I recently bought new sony bluetooth headphones and they were working great (besides the fact that i had to go out and buy a dongle) until today when i noticed that only the "headset" would connect and there was not an option to input "headphones" like there
was before. So then i went to "playback deceives and noticed that it listed "headphones" as disconnected. i right clicked on it and clicked "connect" but it didn't do anything. I disconnected and reconnect my "headset" to test if it was something with my
Bluetooth but it disconnected and reconnect fine.

please help

 

Bluetooth disconnect Problem

my Bluetooth headset regularly cannot be reconnected after prolonged disconnection that I don't want to have to restart my computer every time I want to reconnect to a few of my Bluetooth devices... have you guys gotten this problem

 

How to disconnect and reconnect bluetooth devices in Windows 10?

Greetings, I added a Bluetooth radio to have Bluetooth in my PC. I connected my Bluetooth headset however, I could not find a way to disconnect correctly (turned off the headset). Therefore I had to un-pair the headset and pair the headset again to work.
Is there an easier way to disconnect and reconnect my headset? Thank you for your help. Melody
