Windows 10: Bluetooth headset loses "Voice" functionality daily

I have my Avantree TWS116 bluetooth headset paired my Windows 10 machine. When I first pair, everything works great. The next day, when I boot up, the voice function is gone and I have to disconnect the headset and re-pair to gain mic functionality. I have performed a factory reset on the headset and updated the bluetooth drivers.Edition Windows 10 Enterprise Version 21H2 Installed on ‎9/‎30/‎2022 OS build 19044.2130 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

Voice dialing via bluetooth headset

Hi there, the E60-1 is a relatively old handset to look at, all Eseries and Nseries handsets have SIND or speaker independant name dialing which means that you do not need to program any voice commands but that each and every contact in your contact list
is automatically voice activated and does not depend on who uses the phone.

A bluetooth headset can also make use of this function by pressing the "answer" button until one beep is heard and then saying the full name of the person you want to call.

I would suggest looking at the E66-1 possibly or even the E51-1
