Windows 10: Bluetooth Headset not headphones sound very distorted

I would like the assistance of this community in resolving my issue regarding the distorted sound coming from my bluetooth headset. I have JBL Tune 750BTNC bluetooth headphones which I want to use for video conferencing on zoom. Now I know that Windows registers them as two separate devices, headphones and headset and I am pretty sure that I have to select the headset option in the zoom app.Here's a picture of my Zoom audio settings. The problem I am facing is that the audio I hear from my headsetnot headphones is very distorted, distorted enough to make everything not understandable. The headphones work fine when listening to music and watching videos.

Getting sound with bluetooth headset

HI, I have bluetooth Samsung Gear Circle headset and a SoundBlaster Jam bluetooth headset. Both pair fine, both connect fine. No sound. They do not show up in "Select Device Playback". (Speakers and USB headphones show up in that list). I know that
they both worked at one time or another, but not this time. Am I missing a step?

 

Distorted sound from bluetooth headset

When I connect my MDR-XB590BT headset to my laptop with Bluetooth the sound is distorted and I cannot hear the most bass sounds. I have updated the drivers and reduced the enhancements but it is no good. Can you help? Thanks.

 

bluetooth headphones

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank
