    Hi all,

    Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue.

    When I listen to music on my bluetooth headset, I have no delay and proper HD sound. No pops or crackles. As soon as I take a zoom / teams / bluejeans /meet call though, and switch to the headset profile, I get all these weird pops and crackles that I don't get when using an old school wired headset.

    My laptop is a bit older and uses a built-in Bluetooth 4.0 radio. Would getting a bluetooth 5.0 dongle solve this problem, or is this a software issue?

    Voice dialing via bluetooth headset

    Hi there, the E60-1 is a relatively old handset to look at, all Eseries and Nseries handsets have SIND or speaker independant name dialing which means that you do not need to program any voice commands but that each and every contact in your contact list
    is automatically voice activated and does not depend on who uses the phone.

    A bluetooth headset can also make use of this function by pressing the "answer" button until one beep is heard and then saying the full name of the person you want to call.

    I would suggest looking at the E66-1 possibly or even the E51-1 Bluetooth headset pops and crackles on voice calls? :)
