Windows 10: bluetooth headset suddenly making high pitch noise when gaming

Heya, this one has been a bother for a bit, and it does not happen with every game.But i fortunatley own a lot of difrent headsets and all the bluetooth headsets have the same problems.Sometimes at random times while gaming several difrent games the game sound stops and is replaced by a loud high pitch noise.im using a realtech bluetoth 5.0 adapter and i have 4 difrent bt headphones.Corded ones work but i need to have this bug sortet as i can rareley use the corded ones.Side note.... is there a way to download updated drivers for the adapter? its v. 1.6.1015.3018 from 2021Not sure that will

weird high pitch screeching noise from pc/headset

When ever i open a game my headset makes this high pitch screeching noise which is very very annoying, and the thing is the high pitch noise is still coming from my headset even if i turn the sound off.. so im confused, i have a pretty good pc so idk why it would be doing that

my headset is: Corsair HS60 Pro surround

and pcs specs are

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics

NVIDIA GeForce RTx 3060

16gb ram

64bit operating system

idk if anything else is rly useless here

but im confused what is making the noise, could anyone help me
