    Hello all, I have Huawei Freebuds Pro, and it is perfectly working with all OS I have , Android , IOS, even with Win10 pro 21h2,3 months back I received Windows and it is stopped working, I tried almost everything, it doesnot seems to be bluetooth driver issue , because reinstalling driver, roll back complete remove then install from Manufacturer portal no luck the bluetooth device it self is able to pair and connect but it does not show "Connected voice and music"I have pushed latest update for all devices, OS , the Freebuds it self and Bluetooth card no change, I purchased bluetooth - usb no

    Freebuds 4i mic not working on Windows 11

    I'm on Windows 11.

    It's incredible how everything works smoothly with any device (iMac included), BUT my HUAWEI laptop.

    By the way, when I'm on a videocall on whatsapp, Windows automatically selects Freebuds as input source, and PC speakers as output. If I try to select Freebuds as Output, Whatsapp crashes.

    In other situations bluetooth crashes and they disconenct.

    I repeat, everything works fine when connected to an android device or a Mac.

    I tried to do a mic test on Teams and sound is recorder via the Freebuds mic. I haven't tried on an actual videocall yet.

    Maybe a specific Whatsapp/Application incompatibility?

    Windows 11 combined the 2 Bluetooth profiles and it confuses a lot of people.

    Freebuds 4i mic not working on Windows 11

    Hi,

    when I connect my Freebuds 4i to my Windows 11 PC (Huawei matebook d15), I can't use their mic; I can listen to audio, though.

    The problem does not occur when connected to an Android or Apple device.

    It seems like it's a Windows bug or something.
