Windows 10: Bluetooth in Windows 11 - laptop to Android works, but not Android to laptop

Just got my Dell Inspiron 15 3515 laptop and was excited to try out the Bluetooth feature.Managed to connect my Samsung Galaxy A22 5G and Samsung Galaxy Tab A to the laptop, but while I am able to transfer files via Bluetooth from the laptop to both devices, I am unable to do the reverse - sending files via Bluetooth from the devices to the laptop.This tells me that it is most likely an issue with the Android devices rather than the laptop, but thought that I would check here first. I have tried every single troubleshooter and repair method that I could find, but nothing seems to work. Anyone

• How are you able to upload the Microsoft update link to your Android device? Did you connect your Android device physically to your laptop?
  
• What applications in your Android device got affected?
• What happened to the affected applications? Did you receive an error code or message? If yes, please post the error here.
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Android Bluetooth can't pair / connect to Windows 10

Hi, Im having trouble pairing / connecting my S9 to Windows desktop/laptops with bluetooth.

I see the device on my phone and go trough pairing but when I'm finished on desktop/laptops it finishes with success and on phone it saiz could not pair. Sometimes it ends with adding the device to known
list but when I want to connect phone to desktop / laptops it can't connect.

I've tried this on 2 compleately different laptops and one desktop pc with wifi / bluetooth card without any luck. The phone connects to other bluetooth devices eg. gopro or bluetooth headphones without any
problems. Also windows machines connects to the mentioned devices just fine.

As troubleshooting steps I've tried suggested things in other threads as clearing all caches and files stored from bluetooth android services reseting network settings but without any luck. I've updated all
bluetooth drivers, tried wiping cache partition. I've also triad it on other smartphones with different versions of android but the issue is the same.

 

Unlink android and laptop

Major Microsoft update to my laptop. Uploaded the link to my android. Completely scrambled everything I had set on the android - and not for the better. I can't find a thing and I can't open apps - need to unlink and uninstall. Suggestions welcome.
