    Bluetooth interfering with wifi


    Hello, So recently I encountered this problem whenever I connect my Bluetooth earphone to my laptop the internet WiFi stops working suddenly everything stops. I think the issue is not with wifi router as the problem persists if I am at my home or in my officeI tried updating Drivers nothing changed I am using Lenovo Ideapad 330sWin 11 Please help !!Regards Kartikey Pandey

    wifi and bluetooth problem

    I tried the steps that suggested by you, but didnt worked. Still wifi nd bluetooth not working. Please understand.

    Mini PCIe WiFi/Bluetooth adapter for Windows 10

    After reading around online some seem to suggest it may be to do with Cisco VPN client interfering with things. I was unable to uninstall the client as it came up with an error message so I chose to reset the PC/do a fresh install of Windows 10 and the WiFi/Bluetooth is now working.
