Windows 10: Bluetooth is on but why it is not finding the nearby devices it showing like trouble...

I installed a new windows OS, other than I didn't doing anything I try turn on the Bluetooth i was on its fine and it is not detected any devices. what is the issue please share the solution of this problem. it is my kindly request.

Bluetooth and Nearby Sharing

I have my Desktop and Notebook paired. This is shown in the Bluetooth and Device settings.

The Bluetooth icon in the Action Center of each computer shows Not Connected. Because of this, the send/receive files feature of Bluetooth will not work.

After two hours of fiddling with it, I found that if I right click on a file in Windows Explorer, and select Share, I am given the option of Sharing with nearby devices using Bluetooth and wi-fi. When I select a device, the Bluetooth Icon in the Action Center shows the Bluetooth is connected to the other computer and the transfer works.

So why does it work through Explorer, but not send/receive method?

BTW, Bluetooth will connect to a device such as a mouse or keyboard without a problem.

 

Trouble Connecting To Bluetooth Device

Thank you for updating us with the issue.

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the driver:

Step 1: Steps to uninstall the device:

• 
  Press Windows key
  + R to open Run.
  
• 
  Type devmgmt.msc and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Locate Bluetooth Device.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and select
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Also place a check mark beside the option
  “delete driver files for the device”.
  
• 
  Restart the computer
  

Windows should automatically try to find and install the appropriate driver on restart. In case if it fails to install the driver automatically. If that didn’t work try step 2.

Step 2: Update Driver Software from the Manufacturer’s website:

Go to the manufacture website and search for the latest Bluetooth drivers compatible with Windows 10 available for the device model and then install.

Can't find any Bluetooth devices after Windows 10 update

I went through the only two relevant steps in the troubleshooter:

• Used the Bluetooth troubleshooter (which says "Check Bluetooth radio status - Fixed", but nothing changed).
• Tried pairing the Bluetooth device (I've tried this several times before of course). Neither the speaker or any other devices nearby show up.
• Not in the troubleshooter, but I unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for the relevant devices.
• Tried the "Update driver" button. It actually did update to another driver ("Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0"), but it didn't help.

Bluetooth is on, it shows up in the Device Manager (two Microsoft Enumerators and the Qualcomm driver), and they all say "This device is working properly". If there are other ideas, I'd be happy to try.
