Windows 10: Bluetooth is Partially working In/Post 20H2

Hello there peeps! I'm seeking a bit of knowledge in a weird issue I'm having. For some reason, after 20H2m I am only able to discover and pair audio devices, like headphones, but I am now unable to pair my Wacom Intuos Pro 2019 tablet. It used to pair in Build 1903, yep, laggy and not really useful, but at least it was pairable. Now Windows is unable to even find the device. I tested on my desktop PC, which has Windows 10 20H2 too, and is also unable to find the device. They are different, because the laptop has a Qualcomm Bluetooth Device, while the Desktop PC just has a generic dongle. This obviously discards any driver issues, because the generic dongle is just not updatable, as it uses the generic Microsoft driver, and that one rarely or never gets any update, yet has the same problem. A quick search on google gave me mixed feelings... for some reason seems newer versions of windows "banned" some devices because of a vulnerability? I'm pretty confused here. Oh, and just in case, my android phone is perfectly capable of finding this device, and my bluetooth controller... Thanks in advance! Cheers!

20H2 - no bluetooth?

I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor. I can see your device's Bluetooth has disappeared.

The most common and best way to resolve this is by visiting your device's manufacturer website and download the latest Bluetooth driver. Once downloaded, have it installed and check if it's going to work properly.

You can also start troubleshooting the Bluetooth via Device Manager.

1. Press Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc then hit Enter.

2. Click on Bluetooth.

2. Right-click on the Bluetooth driver.

3. Select Update this driver.

If updating doesn't help, click on uninstall this driver instead. Then restart your device and go back to Device Manager. Right-click on Bluetooth then select scan for hardware changes. It should automatically detect the Bluetooth driver and reinstall it.

Since the issue appeared after installing an 20H2, please consider rolling back the update:

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results

2. In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.

3. Select Recovery > Open System Restore.

4. In the Restore system files and setting box, select Next.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Windows 10 Post-Creator Update: Settings will not open & Bluetooth will not work

COMPATIBILITY: My PC is expressly listed on the link you provided as compatible: XPS 13 9350. I listed the make and model in my first post, so it's disheartening to see you suggest it's compatibility, and provide a link that expressly says it isn't.

BLUETOOTH: The bluetooth is not the issue, as all devices worked previously. Further, I doubt bluetooth is why MS Word wont load.

I've looked for the answer in the forums, I have timely taken all advice you have offered.

This is a technical issue, likely based on the Creator Patch, and I would really really appreciate some help or an escalation.
