Windows 10: Bluetooth is turned off. Won't turn back on. Driver are gone.

I was playing a game when my computer just shut off. My mouse and keyboard lights were still running, and the fans and lights in the PC case were also still running, but there was no signal in my monitor. I shut it down manually using the button on the case and turned it back on. I went to using it as normal but when I tried to connect my bluetooth headphones which have connected countless times before, it stated that "bluetooth is turned off", and there is no switch to turn it back on. I tried using the bluetooth troubleshooter, but it said "Device does not have Bluetooth; Bluetooth is not

Turned off bluetooth, now the button is gone.

I bought a Bluetooth dongle (ZEXMTE), worked as I needed, but then I turn off Bluetooth under devices, and now I cannot get it to turn back on.








Ive ran the troubleshooter
The device shows up under device manager (when I unplug and plug it in, it plays the noise but doesnt flash anymore)
Ive tried reinstalling the driver
Made sure Bluetooth services are running

Also tried these steps:

So I went into the device manager, right clicked, uninstalled the device. When I plugged it back it in, voila its working again.

 

Asus Transformer t100ta won´t turn on Win10

Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on

 

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way
