Windows 10: bluetooth issue gone?

hiya, my blootooth has fanished from the computer and i cannot connect my headphones. ihad a 5 min update yesturday and was working fine this morning but this afternoon it has just fanished like it was never thereregards

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
