Windows 10: Bluetooth issue - Headset disconnection for "inactivity"

Hi,My headset keep disconnecting after running exactly 1 hour. It corresponds to the automatic disconnection feature if no activity detected music, mic, games, etc....- I have bought 2 pairs of the same headset because of poor autonomy. Bluetooth headset keeps disconnecting

I got a headset as a present at work and gave it to my girlfriend, but it seems she has issues playing songs thorough Bluetooth. Headset keeps turning off after a couple of songs.

This is the headset I got: Fresh n Rebel Bluetooth Caps Headphone - Cupcake: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics (ugly, IK, no matter they gave it away for free).

Her PC is old so I bought a USB hub + BT adapter.

Also she is running latest W10 Creator Preview.

Any idea what might be the cause of this issue?

 

Bluetooth headset is connected and paired but shows as disconnected in Sound setting

I understand how annoying it can be when the Bluetooth headset is pairing but not connecting to the PC. Thanks for the information provided by you on the post.

While working on this issue, we couldn’t find any relevant article which confirms that this particular headset can be used on a Windows PC from the manufacturer website.

However, we would like you perform this steps and check if it fix the issue.

1. Pair the Bluetooth headset to the PC.
   
2. Press Windows + I key on your keyboard and select
   Devices.
   
3. Select Bluetooth & other devices from the left pane, then click Sound settings from the right pane.
   
4. If you see the Jabra Elite 65t listed under
   Choose your output device, then click on Troubleshoot tab.
   
5. Select Headset Earphone- Jabra Elite 65t and click next.
   
6. Follow the onscreen steps to finish the process.
   
7. Check if the issue persist.
