Windows 10: Bluetooth Issue

I have an HP Envy running Windows 11. When I have my Bluetooth headphones connected the sound works fine. But if I have to pause a video to write something down, when I unpause the video, the sound lags for about 6-10 seconds before resuming. Occasionally, the headphones disconnect and then immediately reconnect. This does not happen with the laptop speaker. The volume immediately resumes as it should so I know it's an issue with Bluetooth. I have gone into the settings and unchecked the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option in the Bluetooth properties under "Pow

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
