Windows 10: Bluetooth issue

My Bluetooth connects, but there's no sound. To get sound, I need to first connect it to my mobile and hear the sound, then reconnect it to my laptop for the sound to work. The sound stops every time I pause a video. I tried restarting with Microsoft Edge 6-7 times, but it didn't help.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:
