Windows 10: Bluetooth issue

I want to buy wireless earbud headphones to conduct conversations using my Dell XPS laptop which runs on Windows 10. I have tried with a couple of wireless earbud headphones. With the first , it didn't establish a connection. With the second, Taotronics SoundElite which work perfectly well with my iPhone the connection was spotty. The quality of sound doesn't have to be high because these are just conversations for work and leisure, so I have considered buying the JBL Tune 205 BT. Its tech specs are as follows:

Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
