Windows 10: Bluetooth issue

I have bought one of those cheap bluetooth usb adapter for my desktop, it scanning other devices but not pairing.I have tried so many drivers. by default it has some generic bluetooth radio drivers.Please try to find solution for this.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
