Windows 10: Bluetooth issue

hi, I had a question about connecting bluetooth devices to my laptop.I switched on bluetooth on my computer, but my headphones aren't getting connected to it. The only option in my laptop is 'remove device'. But, the headphones are getting connected to other devices, so I guess there's some problem with my laptop.
