    Bluetooth Issues


    Hello,I am having an issue with bluetooth that I am unable to add any new devices. Even though when the bluetooth devices are on and disconnected, they're not showing up in the 'Add Device' tab when its on and it just keeps loading. The bluetooth is on, and all the other steps are done correctly. I checked the drivers too and those are completely up-to-date.I'd really like to know something different than what the normal Microsoft forums tell because I have done it all and nothing has changed.

    Hi,

    I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

    Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

    Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
