Windows 10: bluetooth issues

I've been trying to connect a Bluetooth speaker and Xbox controller to my laptop for a while . It didn't seem to be working so I did some troubleshooting and watched some videos, however I have discovered that there is no Bluetooth on my laptop anymore. it isn't in device manager and I don't have the option to turn it on or off. I don't know how to get Bluetooth back. Can anyone help?

Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
