Windows 10: Bluetooth Issues

Hello,I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Bluetooth connector and I've already tried restarting my PC, restarting the devices that are connected, and scanning for hardware changes via device manager. I'll give you an example for each device having issues. I have some bluetooth speakers, and since this problem starting the audio cuts in and out every half-second seems like a shaky connection and I also have an Xbox Elite 2 controller that the input keeps going crazy as if the controller connection is coming and going as well. When I plug both devices in via a physical cable, they work
