    Bluetooth Issues?

Alright, so I just purchased a DELL G7 15 and it's been working fine up until this point. So earlier this evening, my Bluetooth wasn't working. What I mean by that is that the Bluetooth icon wasn't in the icon tray, and the toggle was missing. So I tried a variety of solutions, no fix, OK. All of a sudden, Bluetooth was missing from my Device Manager. I tried almost every single solution and nothing is working to get Bluetooth back into the Device Manager list. Is there anything else I can do BESIDES getting an external Bluetooth adapter? That's the last option I want to do. Thank you in advance to whomever this may concern.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

    Hi,

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.

Let us know how it goes.

    Bluetooth audio syncing issue

    Hi,

There are a lot of factors that can cause the issue about your Bluetooth such as incompatible drivers, hardware issues, and more. We suggest that you go to this

    link
which lists all troubleshooting steps for Bluetooth issues.

Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.

Update us on the status of the issue.

    Regards.
