  1. Bluetooth keeps turning off/disconnecting devices

I have the Windows 10 20H2 operating system. My Bluetooth keeps turning off by itself. I'll be listening to music via Bluetooth speakers, and the sound will just stop, even though the music player indicates the music is still playing. The Bluetooth settings for the speakers indicates the Speakers are still paired but not connected. Then, about 15-30 seconds later, the speakers connect by themselves and the music resumes. At first, I thought it might just be a problem with the speakers, but sometimes I'll be working elsewhere in my house, using a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and the same speakers, and when the music stops, the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard also stop working. So I don't think it is a problem with the speakers.

I ran the Bluetooth trouble shooter, it said it fixed problems, but apparently it did not fix this problem. I tried to update to a newer Bluetooth driver, but Windows says I have the most recent version. (By the way, the driver is dated 6/21/2006 and is version 10.0.19041.1)

So what should I try next? Thank you.

    :)

I don't have any bluetooth devices but windows turned it on!!

    1. I have no bluetooth devices in devices manager.
2,3,4. they all turned off before.

reboot or shutdown doesn't solved it.
i have USB wireless Mouse/Keyborad. i plug it out and use PS/2 but nothing.
i used DISM to repair image.

i tried everything but its not make any changes and windows still showing Bluetooth turned on.
a few days ago it was not even showing Bluetooth in Action Center but i don't understand what happened, no devices added or changed in my PC, no software Installed or Uninstalled, not a single Settings Changed in Windows or BIOS!!!

    Bluetooth keeps turning off/disconnecting devices

    Troubleshooting Bluetooth Device Disconnections

I use two Bluetooth devices with my computer - a wireless mouse and an Xbox One controller. The mouse has worked fine for over a year and the Xbox controller worked fine for a few days before I started having problems.

The issue happens most frequently when playing Destiny 2 where both the mouse and controller will disconnect. This causes the game to freeze for 5-10 seconds until a message pops up about the disconnected device. Both devices eventually reconnect. Occasionally the game hangs here and I have to restart the computer.

The issue has also happened when browsing the internet with just the mouse connected, where the mouse will disconnect, and only turning off/turning on Bluetooth will fix it.

I have tried uninstalling the Bluetooth driver, restarting, and installing the Intel Bluetooth and WiFi drivers for my wireless card - Intel 7260. I have also tried disabling the power management option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

As you can see from the Event Viewer, there are multiple error reports each time this happens. I would greatly appreciate any help, thanks!
