Windows 10: Bluetooth keyboard chatter caused on PC end?

Hello,

I recently purchased a brand new Logitech K380 Bluetooth keyboard, and every couple of hours the keys will repeat after only typing them once. It can be very extreme with sometimes one key press resulting in 20 or more characters being entered.


This problem only happens with one PC, leading me to believe it's a problem with the PC and not the keyboard itself- as the keyboard has been used with several other devices and the key chatter problem has not occurred. The key chatter happens with every key on the keyboard, so it's not only a couple being affected.


I have already tried:

• turning Bluetooth on and off
• restarting the PC
• checking for Windows updates
• checking for new drivers
• reinstalling the drivers
• resetting the keyboard itself

I really don't know what else I could try so any help would be appreciated.
