  1. Bluetooth keyboard connected but goes into "paired" state after 10-20 seconds

I'm having an issue with my Bluetooth keyboard disconnecting from my PC. I can successfully connect the keyboard to the PC and it shows as "connected" in the Bluetooth settings. However, after 10-20 seconds, the status changes to "paired" and I can no longer use the keyboard.I have tried troubleshooting the issue by changing the USB port for the Bluetooth adapter, reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers, and adjusting the Bluetooth services settings, but none of these solutions have worked.I have also noticed that if I connect a pair of Bluetooth headphones before connecting the keyboard, the keybo

  2. Can pair new Microsoft Designer Bluetooth keyboard - but not connect

    Hi

I just bought a new Microsoft Designer Bluetooth desktop keyboard to use with my Dell XPS 15 9530.

I'm running Windows 10 and I'm able to pair the keyboard by going to settings and adding and adding a new bluetooth device. It prompts me to type in the passkey on the keyboard and press enter.

After doing so, the device is added to the device list and after (very briefly) being listed as "Connected" it switches to be listed as "Paired".

In this state, the keyboard doesn't respond to any input - even after power cycling it. The keyboard even keeps blinking in the Esc-key as if it's still ready to pair.

I've reset the Bluetooth adapter, run the troubleshooter and made sure that all of my drivers are up to date. Nothing helps.

    Any good suggestions?

  3. Re-Connect Microsoft Bluetooth Surface Keyboard

I'm running Windows 10 2004 (OS Build 19041.264). I have a Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 motherboard with built-in Bluetooth and Antenna.
I have a Bluetooth Surface Keyboard which I like, but it sometimes disconnects itself.
I can re-connect it via Settings->Devices, but in order to do so, I have to un-pair it, then pair it again and connect, which is a pain.
In the 'Notifications' area of the desktop, there are two options relating to Bluetooth, The first, which has a Bluetooth Symbol on it, just switches Bluetooth on and off. The second, labelled 'Connect' does not list my keyboard, its functionality being restricted to 'wireless display and audio devices'. It has an option (at the bottom) to 'Find Other Types of Devices', which just takes me into Settings -> Devices where I have to un-pair, the pair and connect, just the same as I describe above.
Does anyone know if there is any way that I can easily re-connect a paired keyboard device which is switched on, without having to un-pair and re-pair first?

Bluetooth keyboard connected but goes into "paired" state after 10-20 seconds

    Bluetooth Stopped pairing

On Monday my wireless headphones were working ok, on Tuesday they weren't . When I switch them on now, I still get the 'connected' message, but they no longer show up in the list of connected devices. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the Bluetooth adapter, re-installing the drivers, rolling back the drivers etc, and although i get the 'connected' and 'pairing' messages, they still don't appear on the list and are not working. Any suggestions, please? (There may have been an update installed on Monday night?) Windows 10 Pro. version 22H2. Build 19045.3930
