Windows 10: Bluetooth Keyboard requires BTAGService restart

I recently bought Samsung Trio 500 keyboard that can be connected to 3 devices, I've to restart BTAGService from services.msc in order to be able to use it every single time I switch to another device or on a computer restart/sleep. I face that issue only with my Levono Legion y540 while it works perfectly fine with my Dell laptop and the Galaxy Tab, and I don't have this issue with the Logitech Bluetooth mouse.I've Windows 11 version 21H2 OS Build 22000.282 on both the Lenovo and Dell devices.I really can't tell what causes that issue, Windows, laptop, or the keyboard itselfWindows? You have two dependent services below that you can add commands for them like below.

I don't know what the Service name for the "Bluetooth Support Service for user 63331" is on your computer, so I need you to see what it is, and post back with so I can add it to the command below.

If the Bluetooth switch is missing, try this fix:

• Press Windows + X and select Device Manager

• Click View > Show hidden devices

• Expand Bluetooth Category

• Uninstall all Bluetooth Devices driver including those that are hidden

• Restart the PC

• Press Windows Key + R

• Type PowerShell in the run command line and press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER to gain administrative access

• Wait for the "PS C:\WINDOWS\System32>" to show up, copy and paste the following script and hit enter:

Set-Service -Name BTAGService -StartupType Automatic

Set-Service -Name BcmBtRSupport -StartupType Automatic

Set-Service -Name bthserv -StartupType Automatic

Start-Service BTAGService

Start-Service BcmBtRSupport

Start-Service bthserv

Get-Service BTAGService | Select-Object -Property Name, Status

Get-Service BcmBtRSupport | Select-Object -Property Name, Status

Get-Service bthserv | Select-Object -Property Name, Status

• Check if the Bluetooth switch is back

• Also check you keyboard because there are few PC models that has Bluetooth switch in their keyboard.

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting
