Windows 10: bluetooth missing in device manager and got an error in device manager called unknown usb...

so this issue started when i installed the rewasd an applitcation to emulate gamepad or controllers after few seconds i got an error in device manager that said the device has stopped working but i forgot to jot down the error code and it seems i cant recreate that error code. i have tried reinstalling the bluetooth drivers and it still does not show up after countless restarts . help me i have been trying to fix this for hours

Thank you for the response, but I followed those steps and I still can't find Bluetooth on device manager, Bluetooth switch on settings and the "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" error is still
there. Any other methods?

 

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?
