Windows 10: Bluetooth Missing in Device Manager

There's another article that is locked, but actually failed to address this issue. Here are a few screenshots illustrating what happened when I tried to follow suggested steps in that article:…and since Bluetooth is MISSING in Device Manager, I cannot update the Bluetooth drivers. I've updated the system to the latest version of Windows 10, and this failed to fix the problem. I have been using Bluetooth devices on this computer for over a year, so I don't understand why it's missing and why I cannot restore its function. Here are my system specifications:NEW: Motherboard: MSI Z490-A Pro MS-7C

Can't Find Bluetooth on device manager.

• How can I automatically fix common Bluetooth problems?
• The Bluetooth toggle is missing in Bluetooth & other devices settings or can't be turned on.
• Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown device listed in the Device Manager.

• Have you done any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• Have you tried your Bluetooth device with another computer and check if you were able to use it?

Imaging Devices missing in Device Manager and Webcam doesn't working

Hi,

Since you mentioned that the said driver is missing in Device Manager, what we suggest is for you to check in the Hidden Devices section on Device Manager. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the desktop, press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Click on View and select
  Show Hidden Devices.
• Check for the webcam under Imaging Devices.
• If the webcam is listed, then right-click on it and select
  Update Driver Software
• Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software and follow the prompted steps.

bluetooth missing in device manager

I upgraded my Toshiba L50-B-1NL to Windows 10 yesterday and I now find that my Bluetooth mouse is not working (it was absolutely fine in Windows 8.1). On checking device manager, I find that the Bluetooth is completely missing in the alphabetical list.
I cannot seem to find any assistance anywhere on how to resolve this problem. Can anyone help?
