    Bluetooth mobile 3600 mouse keeps disconnection from my computer


    I just bought a new "Bluetooth mobile 3600 mouse" and I connected it to my computer dell win10 and after I don't use the mouse its disconnecting the Bluetooth setting in my computer says its connected and after I move it for a few seconds it re turning to work good.

    Microsoft bluetooth mobile mouse 3600 keeps disconnecting

    I turn on my mouse, it auto-connects to my Dell XPS-15 laptop, functions for about 10 seconds, then turns off. I have ensured that the power settings are not interfering by going to Device Manager - Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth - Properties - Power
    Management - Uncheck "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power". I have also replaced the battery. Please advise.

    Bluetooth mouse Mobile 3600

    I've purchased the MS Bluetooth Mobile 3600 mouse to use with my new Dell XPS 15, which is running windows 10. The system can't seem to be able to discover the mouse (search window keeps looking with no results found).

    The mouse is discoverable by my iPhone funnily enough and the computer is discoverable by my phone as well... but not the mouse by the computer.

    I'm out of ideas. This should be a simple operation...

    Would appreciate your help
